Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma in Oregon

I’m Jill Shealy, a therapist helping adults in Oregon find calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
I help insightful adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma feel more grounded and at ease in their daily lives. Many of my clients have tried therapy before, gained insight, and still feel emotionally stuck.
My work focuses on sustainable, meaningful change by helping your nervous system settle and your inner world feel safer. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and nervous-system-informed approaches that go deeper than insight alone.
When you’re ready, I invite you to start with a free consultation.
A Deeper Approach to Anxiety, Trauma, and Nervous System Healing
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and relate differently to the parts of you shaped by anxiety, depression, and trauma. You don’t need to come in knowing anything about IFS. We move at your pace, using simple, experiential work to help your system feel safer and more regulated over time.
IFS is simply a framework I use — the work itself is practical, collaborative, and centered on helping you feel more at ease in your day-to-day life. Many clients who had never heard of IFS when they started therapy find that this approach helps them understand themselves in a deeper, more compassionate way. When helpful, I also integrate EMDR, DBT skills, and attachment-based approaches to support your goals.
